You are voting for the people around him. I think it’s great that some people think they can have a beer with Bush or his cabinet. I could probably be friends with some of those people myself, if it wasn’t for the last 3.5 years. But to be honest, I don’t want any of my current friends as POTUS (sorry guys and gals). They are my friends because they are like me in at least certain respects. I want the POTUS to be better than me, to inspire me, to inspire the country, to make us better than we are. The current administration has not done that.
