It’s a view of torture. I suspect that those who think the wording of the Geneva Convention is vague are in no rush to participate as a receiver of the activities at Gitmo.

The loss of life, destruction of property, and unimaginably severe conditions that remain in parts of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama are profoundly saddening.
