Rage
Not outrage. Simply rage. Demi has commented before about how amazed she is that we can be (relatively) calm about the situation in Iraq. I think I’ve hit my limit. I am not of the disappeared
Disappeared in America. Since the reporters aren’t getting on this, I’m glad the artists are. I suppose the cynic in me wants to know for how much longer before they too are silenced. Link via Sister Scorpion.

Because having the opportunity to live in the United States is worth it. And, among other reasons, why a new “Khilafah” and all of its advocates can kiss my ass.
