Ignorance continues to make us safer
So Bush was in Beantown for a fundraiser, and his Chief of Staff, Andrew Card, was asked about Richard Clarke’s book. Card was honest and said he had not read the whole book. Education and Ignorance
This article is a nice discussion of what’s at stake in the education process in Pakistan, particularly for women. I particularly like the closing paragraph, cliché as it is: we cannot afford to allow a minority to hold a majority at ransom. We just cannot afford to allow any individuals or any groups to derail the present efforts in the education sector or give foreign agencies working in this field any reason to pull out.

i have read the koran and have studied the religion of Islam for the last year.
I am glad to see an article like this for muslims to see.
i have nothing but respect for the religion of Islam and for all Muslims that really follow their religion.
i could on forever on my thoughts on Islam but i wont.
The first presidency of the Mormon church has stated that we believe that Muhammed was given a portion of God’s light and was inspired to do a lot of what he did.
